Privacy Policy

Krāv (“Krāv,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Krāv, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, provides a remote skydiving coaching platform at kravtofly.com (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information — name, email, role (student or coach), and profile details you provide (bio, photo, disciplines, experience). Authentication is managed by our provider, Memberstack.
  • Payment information — processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers; coach payout details are held by Stripe.
  • Coaching content — videos you upload for review (hosted by Mux), coach comments, annotations, and session recordings.
  • Scheduling data — booking details and, if you connect Google Calendar, your calendar availability (see Section 3).
  • Usage data — device and browser information and interactions, via analytics (PostHog) and error monitoring (Sentry).
  • Communications — messages you send us.

2. How we use information

To operate and provide the Service (accounts, video review, scheduling, payments and payouts), communicate with you, process transactions, improve and secure the platform, and meet legal obligations.

3. Google Calendar data (Google API Services)

If you connect your Google Calendar (coaches only), Krāv requests these Google OAuth scopes:

  • .../auth/calendar.readonly — to read your calendar list and your free/busy times, so students can only book times you are actually available.
  • .../auth/calendar.events — to create the calendar event for a booked Deep Dive session (with a Google Meet link), and to update or cancel it if the session changes.

How we use it: solely to provide the scheduling feature above. We do not use Google data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

Storage and sharing: we store your Google OAuth tokens securely (encrypted at rest in our database, Supabase) only to keep the integration working. We do not share Google data with third parties except service providers that operate the Service on our behalf, and as required by law.

Your control: you can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from your coach dashboard, or revoke access at myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party access. On disconnection we stop accessing your calendar and delete the stored tokens.

Limited Use: Krāv’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Service providers (sub-processors)

We use trusted providers to run the Service, including Memberstack (authentication), Supabase (database and storage), Stripe (payments), Mux (video), Google (calendar and Meet), Make.com (automation), Mailchimp and Resend (email), PostHog (analytics), Sentry (error monitoring), and TwelveLabs (content search). Each handles data under its own terms.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers above, with the coach or student as needed to deliver coaching, to comply with law, or in connection with a business transfer.

6. Data retention

We keep information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service and meet legal and financial obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or export of your personal data. Contact us at the address below.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy. We will revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you.
